  We took our staff (12 of us) for a paranormal tour and it was fabulous. Our tour guide Tyson was excellent and had the emf readers & the ghost box device - both with results in lighting up when questioned and unearthly voices answering our questions!
  The buildings and grounds are kept as original as possible adding to the experience which would have been unpleasant to be there as a patient back in the day.
  We commend Geoff & Dawn for preserving this beautiful historic site for the enjoyment it brings for anyone interested in our disturbing past treatment of “ lunatics” and those who still haunt the buildings and grounds.

  What an experience!! Did we see or feel a presence? Maybe .... it was certainly a great tour with a knowledgeable guide.
  What is under the table at the front left in this room? We could not make it out. It was not material , my friend's photo was not the same . What someone letting us know they were there?

  Had a good time on this tour. The tour guild was very knowledgeable about the history of the place. Very friendly and was really interesting. Even traveling solo, if you love history, do this tour. It’s comforting to know our health care system has improved since then. It would be incredible to have access to more buildings. If you expect to go into all of them, you only see three. Still, worth a visit.

  Oh my gosh, what an awesome historic tour we had during the day of the asylum, with Laura. Laura is so knowledgeable about all the buildings and made the tour so interesting. You could see the dedication and love that she has for her job and the asylum. Well done on a great, well run tour. I'm so glad we decided to do it. Thank you.
